Built in 2025, this accommodation combines modern living comfort with thoughtful functionality, offering ideal conditions for a relaxing stay on the North Sea – perfect for families, couples, and guests who value accessibility and high-quality amenities.
The 74 m² domicile is located on the first floor of a two-story building, easily accessible by elevator.
With a total of three tastefully furnished rooms, including two separate bedrooms, the apartment is optimally suited for up to four people.
The open-plan living and dining area impresses with a stylish sofa corner and a large dining table, creating a cozy ambiance for lingering.
Thoughtful details such as the vinyl flooring and modern heat pump heating ensure a pleasant room climate year-round.
The integrated underfloor heating provides additional comfort, especially during the cooler seasons.
All windows are equipped with privacy screens and insect screens, making the accommodation appealing to allergy sufferers and guests who value a low-stimulus living environment.
